The Reality

WOW! I was watching last night's episode of Army Wives earlier today and it felt like I was reliving last December. I had the emotions of the fights leading up to deployment, the realizing that fighting with each other doesn't make sense, the last dinner together, the long drawn out hugs, and the last kiss! I absolutely love watching this show (even if I do cry EVERY time I watch it!). I know that there is a lot of dramatization, but it is a TV show so that's understanding. However, even with the added factors, the storyline is so real. I seriously cried (not sobbed...just some good tears!) through the entire episode. But it was kind of cleansing for me. So I hope that all you Army, Navy, Marine, Coast Guard, and Air Force wives/fiances/girlfriends have a wonderful day and that you keep your head up high and just remember...you're not alone! You are NEVER alone! You might feel like NObody understands...but there is somebody out there who knows exactly how you are feeling. Stay strong!

Army Wives

I've been having mixed feelings/thoughts about the new season of Army Wives. I have been addicted to the show ever since it began. I am just not sure right now if I'm going to be able to handle watching it while A is gone. It might be too difficult for me, but we'll have to see. I know many of you watch the show, so hopefully you watched last week. It is just that when they showed Joan calling home, I pretty much started to ball. I don't mean just cry. This show makes me cry at some point during almost every episode so I'm used to getting teary while watching. However, it was very different this time. There was more emotion behind it. I guess I will have to see how it goes tomorrow.

How have ya'll dealt with it while your significant other was deployed? Were you able to watch things like this or was it too much?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME, JAKE?!

My roomie and I have been watching this season's, The Bachelor, and I really just do not undestand this guy right now. I totally agree that Tenley, Gia, and Ali should still be there. However, how could Jake choose Vienna over Corrie tonight?? AHHH!!!

First of all...I CANNOT stand Vienna. But it's not even just that. How could he say goodbye to Corrie? She totally opened up to him tonight. Is it because she actually has morals unlike some of the other girls? I don't know...it's just pretty crazy and he's been driving me crazy almost all season. I say this and you probably think..."Then why do you still watch it?" And my answer to that...Because it is incredibly addicting! HAHA. It's just to hard to walk away and not see what happens.

All in all, I think the real reason is because I think that good things eventually happen to good people and we all have a chance at falling in love. I know I have fallen in love. I just can't wait to continue the journey of love. It's not completely on hault right now, but for the next 10 months or so it will definitely be slowed down. I'm just glad that A and I are able to get through this deloyment together. While he's gone we can just grow together and get to know each other better. I mean, I couldn't have a 2 hour conversation on webcam with just anybody.
But with A? TOTALLY!
Can't wait to see how our adventure continues!
